So With this video i demonstrated to plarium support one of the known errors in the game for the PC user, there is no such problem for people who use phone or tablet.

So i wrote back...
Sigh! -.- did you look at the buttom of my windows destop in the video? i have 7! SEVEN! different browsers installed... and for your knowledge, mozilla firefox 64bit and chrome 64bit are the absolute best browsers for for unity browser games.... -.-
I am so tremendously eternaly tired of talking with none knowledgeable supporters from plarium.....
to your pleasement, i have tried all 7 browsers, and fb gameroom, and plarium games app... it's the same damn problem with all, and i repeat aaaalll of them.. i have tried different computers and still the same, and tons of players from my kingdom got the exact same problem playing on computer. only players who don't have the problem is players on mobile and taplet devices... and reason why they won'y confront the plarium support with it, cause they know from their playing friends that reaching out to the support is like asking a stranger for standerd answers, like the one you just gave me..

If you are playing through facebook then we advise you to download the game on your mobile device from either the AppStore or Google Play and link and Restore it from your Facebook profile as we assure that everything is working fine on our end....

So i wrote back to them,

i know that the phone app works like a charm... -.- everyone says that... my phone is 5 years old and can't run the game.... but i have this 4000$USD gamer PC that i use instead...
And nooooo the game is not working fine in either end's... have you guys even tried to do the same as i did in the video???????? no you don't cause then you would have seen the problem.....
Oooh man am i glad that i stopped wasting money on this game...
if players on pc is only able to play for 10 minutes before they get that out of memory error then something is wrong on your end for sure...

We understand your dissatisfaction, however we have checked the situation and everything is running smoothly on our end. When you login the game, the data is loaded into your device's memory - that's the game working principle. This issue isn't our failure. Every time you update the application, it takes the part of your RAM. This kind of failure happens in case your device cannot load the application data due to the lack of RAM, unstable internet connection or any other reasons....

And this is why im done with this game for now.... 1 year of shield on importent towns and not spending anything and left my clan as you all know, almost can't do Sh** without spending money...
