So, while the log entry for the Chozo Ghosts clearly states that they are invulnerable to electricity, ice, and fire, there IS still a way to kill them with the Plasma Beam, which is to hit the ground they stand on or a wall they are up against with a charged blast--even the death animation for this method is different from the Power Beam method. This seems to indicate fire isn't the only property the Plasma Beam has...
