OK, so it wouldn't necessarily be classified as a bossw fight per se, but here's how to neutralize it and get aboard. Prince Sidon will ferry you as close to it as possible. It will shoot ice cubes and ice torpedos at you and Pribce Sidon. If you had gotten at least 20 Shock arrows, you should be more than prepared. You can use regular arrows to neutralize any ice projectiles the beast shoots at you. Once all projectiles are neutralized, the prince will get you close to the waterfalls. Use them to swim up and neutralize one of the 4 nodes with a shock arrow. Rinse and repeat until all 4 nodes are neutralized. You'll then be able to board the Divine Beast.
