To recapture Vah Medoh, we must destroy the 4 Guardian laser cannons. Theres an updraft to keep you in the air. Use your Paraglider to stay air borne. To destroy each cannon, you must shoot 2 bomb arrows at it. The cannon will aim at you and shoot a beam at you. Get as close as you can without getting hit. If you fly too high or too low, Teba will offer to evacuate you back to the Flight Range. Once all 4 cannons are destroyed, the shield will lower, and you'll be able to board the Divine Beast.
