As requested, welcome to my video walkthrough series of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, provided with commentary and videos rendered in 1080p HD quality. The aim of the series is to show you how to complete this game 100% in an efficient way, while I take my trip to memory lane as I play along.

In this eighteenth part, the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets has been found, as Lux goes through both maps before reaching the final room of the game, considering the story! The Basilisk is very close now.


MAP SECRETS CHECKLIST

MAP #1
[1/3] - 7:15 - Hidden Lumos area on next platform after activating the Lumos Statue
[2/3] - 11:54 - Hidden area to the left after the crushing walls segment
[3/3] - 16:47 - Hidden Flippendo switch in the area where Diffindo can be cast to cut the rope - don't take the platform in the middle of that area!

MAP #2
[1/4] - 19:03 - Reveals a Lumos Statue after disposing of both Imps
[2/4] - 20:19 - Linked to Secret #1 of this map - Hidden Lumos Area after progressing through the linear map path
[3/4] - 22:46 - Hidden Flippendo Switch on the wall behind you in the trapdoor corridor
[4/4] - 23:06 - Inaccessible, see explanation on the video. Basically, getting the Bronze Wizard Card down to a reachable level is the secret, though the 'secret zone' that triggers an action for the game to recognize the secret has been found, does not lower.


Please note that this walkthrough is recorded in different sessions. This means that continious gameplay is recorded for roughly about an hour, which is then divided into several parts as Lux sees fit. Therefore, do not be confused with random greetings and goodbyes in several parts throughout this series.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is a 2002 action-adventure game published by Electronic Arts and developed by both EA's internal development team and Eurocom for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, GameCube and Game Boy Advance systems. It was simultaneously co-developed by Amaze Entertainment for Windows, Mac and the Game Boy Color systems. An original version was also created for the PlayStation by Argonaut Games.

The PC/Mac version of the game, which was created by a different developer than the console versions, features completely different levels and gameplay from the console cousins. The game features the same graphics and character design as the Philosopher's Stone (PC). It also retains some of the spells learnt in the previous game and involves the player learning new spells by attending more classes at Hogwarts. (Source: Wikipedia)
