I ordered Wangan Dead Heat + Real Arrange, a Japanese only release for the Sega Saturn. Unfortunately my copy didn't come with a manual, and the CDs are unfortunately pretty scratched. Oh well, that's the risk you take sometimes.

Also, I have a factory sealed copy of The Typing of the Dead, and as I said in the video, I'm not sure if I want to open that one...
