Wanhao duplicator i3 v2.1one axis is noisy the other is silent

3I have a brand new Wanhao duplicator i3 v2.1 and I've noticed that one of my axis makes no noise at all yet the other one is making a racket. Not sure if this is normal or if one of my motors is screwed.
