I apologize about how the video ends abruptly. The last video part was corrupt. It was only a minute or so, as the round ends very shorty after this video ends. What I was going to say was that the points that apply to your flight crew DO appear to also pull from the same pool for the ground crew. That means that if you have maxed out your air crew, keep gaining those points. They will come in handy for the day that ground forces goes live. Of course this may change, but I don't see any reason for that to happen.
