Series entry number 30 - The biggest disappointment in the game in terms of fulfilling their supposed fantasy theme, the wannabe dragon man.
But also the bringer of one of the best skin bugs that DE decided to keep for the fans as well :)

That being said, he does have some incredibly strong damage scaling buffs that carry his ass, in fact I remember he was the meta pick for eidolon hunts back in the day before being replaced by Volt.
And at 1k strength? Shit gets even crazier :
Spectral Scream's damage increased to 4000 base elemental dps.
Afterburn's projectile damage increased to 1000 elemental damage per second Spectral Scream was active, and the cap increased to 5000.
Elemental ward gains the following benefits depending on the element :
Heat's base health buff increased to 550%, Aura dps increased to 1000 heat damage per second, status chance unchanged.
Electricity's base shield buff increased to 300%, discharge damage multiplier increased to 100x, with their status chance increased to 250%.
Toxin's weapon holstering buff increased to 350%. Reload speed increased to 150% (capped at around 428% strength). Fumes status chance increased to 500%.
Cold's base armor buff increased to 1450%. Reflected damage multiplier increased to 30x and status chance increased to 250%.
Strength has no effect on Everlasting Ward.
Vex Armor's Scorn armor buff increased to 8.75% gain per point of shield lost or 150% per melee kill, stacking up to 3500%. Fury's damage buffed increased to 27.5% per point of health lost or 150% per ranged kill (doubled for weakspot kills), stacking up to 2750%.
Guardian Armor's health restore increased to 50%. No effect on the damage absorption.
Strength has no effect on Vexing Retaliation.
Effigy's base health increased to 80,000. Damage increased to 4000 elemental damage. Other percentages on this ability do not seem to be affected by strength.
Guided Effigy's damage increased to 40,000 dps.

Man this was some of the longest goddamn analysis I've had to do in a while, for a frame who only presses like 2 buttons and does nothing else with his kit.
Anyway until he receives a rework he's pretty low on my list of favourites and is nothing more than a glorified buffer.
