It can be fairly well observed that the bug has an intermittent effect during the course of a mission. It can be differentiated from player inactivity or hardware malfunction by observing that the effect extends to semi autonomous companion (Kubrow) behavior. No particular intervention or combination of actions applied here was capable of completely disabling the bug, though the overall footage would seem to suggest a causal relation between certain actions/interactions in breaking the effect intermittently (though still unpredictably). Previous personal experience revealed that dying & regen have no impact on restoring movement. So efforts we focused on reviving, support and observation to the best extents possible, maintaining a priority on preventing mission failure.
