Quartakk Changes:
Converted the Quartakk to a burst fire that fires all 4 rounds at the same time instead of a semi auto that fires 4 bullets per shot.
Increased fire rate from 6.32 to 12.67.
Increased Accuracy from 58.8 to 90.9.
Reduced damage from 51 to 27.

Leaving the question of, was it a nerf or a buff?

Well now that its a burst so the 4 shots are not all in the same place, the spray pattern is more visable so visualy it does way more damage but with the increased fire rate you can fire it twice as much so its still a buff (dispite me saying it now shoots 4x more, spray pattern confustion my bad)
