Hot off the presses. So hot that I haven't had time to voice-over it. (Not that I was going to, because I dislike orating, but still...)

So I'm trying to get this out before DE does a bodge-job to fix it. You get to see me feel around this live, with no prep except for the initial discovery.

EXPLANATION AS FAR AS I CAN TELL (I'M WRITING THIS AS QUICKLY AS I CAN, CAVEAT LECTOR):
For a short time, it appears possible to occupy a Railjack Turret between the time a Railjack Mission is recalled, and the time when the instance merges with the Dojo. Colloquially, this is the time spent in "the Void Corridor".
The turret emplacements are not effective in that time. Railjack Battle Powers can't be used.
This is normally already pretty whacky, but it looks like Void Dash (Operator's bullet-jump) causes some bizarre interactions, such as being able to Transfer Out while mounted on a turret (this is normally not possible) and move around the little emplacement bay to see angles you normally would be unable to. Falling out of this bay moves the player to the exterior part of the Railjack as a failsafe. (If the mission were still in progress, this would usually cause the player to equip their Archwing.)
The bays appear to have accurate ontological relationships - it is possible to fall out of the Dorsal Turret Bay (the fore, upper Turret) into the Ventral Turret Bay (the aft, lower Turret).
In case it becomes relevant as a mechanism by which these shenanigans occur, I am using MAGUS DRIVE (the Operator Arcane that boosts K-Drive speed, obtainable from Little Duck).

When the Railjack interior disappears or turns into dispersal camouflage, it is because the turret "reprojection" causes the interior to disappear, giving the gunner unrestricted visibility. (Can you believe that this was an unlockable feature once?) The pattern is because that is the mid-point between "fully visible" and "transparent".
Navigating something as architecturally treacherous as the Railjack interior without being able to see it is as much of a pain in the ass as it looks.

Upon returning to Dry Dock, Powers (Warframe Powers, Railjack Powers) are "in theory" usable, but they just return an "Ability Use Prevented" error which would normally be suppressed. Furthermore, Operator weapons are usable. Void Walk and Void Dash are not usable. Warframe weapons are not usable. Turrets are not usable.

Towards the end (when I start fiddling with the UI), it is because meaningful interactivity with the game had ceased - it had softlocked.
It was not possible to do anything strange with the Archwing Slingshot (no catapulting myself through the Dojo), and using the Forge resulted in a less-severe manner of trapping myself.

Due to lack of testing participants (FTM was going to bed at the time I alerted him), I cannot tell what effectiveness the Operator Amp has against other players, if any.
Because of sh***y timezones, we will not be able to test this until later. Assuming it's not patched in that time.

God, I hope not.
