This video is all about farming standing/Reputation with the Plains of Eidolon
There is nothing faster eventually.
At the moment the following fastest steps to increase the maximum amount of daily cap is:

1: Get a stealth Warframe.
2: Get energy Squad Restore (Large)
3: Get to Plains of Eidolon
4: open your Wheel menu and equip the Tranq Rifle
5: Hop onto your Archwing
6: Fly around if you hear an animal scream use your Tranq Rifle to scan the area
7: Find the animal go stealth or shoot it from a distance from your Archwing.
8: Capture the animal
9: Restart from step 6


Additional: If you play with Ivara shooting your sleep arrow makes it easier to capture the animal rather then shooting it, your faster with your archwing and your faster then the animal itself.
