Swim through the current at the dead end and you’ll enter a whole new area. Scale the vines while avoiding Tree Bugs until you find the Green Key. Go through the door at the end and through another door. Go down the ladder to battle Pesce. Ride a dragonfly and step on the enemies carrying the cheese. Feed Pesce cheese 3 times to make it so heavy that it will plug a mighty strong current. The dragonfly will take you back to the prior room so you can go down the ladder with the current blocked and open the Green Chest. While opening this chest, you’ll free The Wire Wizard. The Wire Wizard will build fences at the Tower of Revival and The Tidal Coast.
