Using Ginchiyo Tachibana, Xiaoqiao, and Sun Shangxiang. I Check their bonds, Make sure they are max level 1 bond (all you need to unlock bond levels) and then play a level with those characters to push them into level 2 bond bubble.

Use the Moon Viewing from Teahouse to quickly build specific bonds. Make sure you check ALL characters bonds with each other. 3 People means you need to probably check 2 sets of bonds.

Once you see they have full level 1. Play a map with them. When you return you should see the characters standing around. Talk to them to open up the map.
