Sorting hat has left us really speechless in Hogwarts Castle, but we continue playing as a couple. First we managed to neutralize the statues and met the bad Goblin Ranrok. Professor Fig is an interesting character who taught us a lot. But the most exciting part was when the Sorting Hat sorted us into Gryffindor House and we arrived at Hogwarts Castle. Now, we can freely explore the castle's chambers and even pet some cats :D Join us on this exciting adventure through Hogwarts and experience the magic of the wizarding world!

Hogwarts Legacy is a game where you can live the magic of the famous wizarding school. Explore iconic places from the Wizarding World, like the Forbidden Forest and Diagon Alley, as well as new ones like the Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw common rooms. The castle and surroundings change with the seasons. During character creation, you can choose your looks, house, and gender. Customize your voice, body type, and even add glasses. As you play, you can unlock and upgrade spells, abilities, and talents. Complete challenges like combat and quests to earn experience points. The four houses' house points play a role in the story, but your actions don't impact them. You can also modify the Room of Requirement as you progress.
In the game, you'll learn spells, brew potions, and master combat. You can develop your own fighting style. Classes are part of the story, but not a regular gameplay feature. Acquire and use combat items by trading or crafting. Interact with and ride magical creatures like hippogriffs and thestrals. There are many other magical creatures to discover, some of which can be used in combat.
Make friends with non-player characters and they may join you on your journey. Build relationships and learn their stories, unlocking new dialogue options.
The game "Hogwarts Legacy" was created by Avalanche Software, which was bought by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment from Disney in 2017. Warner Bros. also created a new label called Portkey Games to manage the Wizarding World license. J.K. Rowling, the creator of the franchise, did not take part in the development of the game. The game uses the Unreal Engine and was first announced in 2020 with plans to be released on multiple platforms, including PlayStation, Xbox, and Windows. However, it was delayed twice and finally released in February 2023. A version for the Nintendo Switch is set to be released in July 2023. In the game, the music changes based on the location of the player, and the different common rooms of each school house will have unique music.
