Just to fully clarify the matter, the Blue TVS NTorq 125 ahead of me was throttling while clutching his brakes. You can see that his brakes were ON the whole time, making me close to impossible to get a read on when and where he was going to halt. That particular patch of road is a high through-put bottleneck-y pressure point, so it's very paramount to push quickly.

Now this dude made a halt directly on a speed-breaker. The spot and moment when I had eased on the brakes and engaged the throttle. By the time I realized that he had pulled an abrupt halt, it was already too late.

But what do you think ?
Was it still my fault ?
