0How to recognize a scammer?
First off, they will not go after cheap items (non crate, rocket pass etc.). Most "victim" items are: TW Zombas, TW Octane/Fennec, Diecis, painted Black Markets (like the one in the video) etc.
They will contact you through the trading platform you posted your offer on, OR make an offer themselves where they would like to "overpay" for your items, so they can lure you to add them and scam.
Just like shown in the video, they will add credit overpay and some worthless items. The purpose of these items is so they can *DRAW YOUR ATTENTION OFF THE CREDITS*. This can be very tricky if you are new to trading. You should always double check what offer are you receiving before accepting it.
I have came across many of these punks, but thankfully I knew what to do and wasn't affected. Avoid and report this guy if you ever see him, and don't try to trade with him.
