This is a realistic execution of the whole projected sequence and it saves a bit under 30 seconds from just watching the cutscene. It's hard, and I used the absolutely ideal time of day for killing the skulltula and shooting the sun immediately. As of right now this seems unrealistic for runs, especially since the current MST route puts you leaving water temple in the middle of daytime, instead of right before daybreak.
