We are not talking about the Single Player based glitch here.
In short:
- Don't use third person.
- Don't jump (this is not a Quake or Doom) - bunnyhopping isn't working, despite tons of players are using it during heists.
- Equpping different weapon will NOT give you a boost in speed despite some videos claim that it does
- There is no difference in aiming while you strafe in first person
- Strafing in first person is better
