In this game you're managing the city of your dreams, from roads, waste water, and electricity you meet the demands and needs of your citizens and city on the daily.
In this episode we try to balance the budget a little bit, and of course we get there, but tip right back over again before the end of the episode. We also take some time to build "Industry Island." A place where coal mines, and future oil wells shall flourish.
