Weapon Element Change On Weapon Swap

2This bug effects Coco, Nero, Pepper, and Cobalt.
Just have to change to a different weapon before an attack connects to change it's element. The change in element will do damage based on the attack of the current element.
If you have A5 Meryl the change in element will also effect the shatter damage done to an enemy while you have Meryl's weapon out.
This used to be a bug that effected Cobalt only before 2.0
