This is part 3 of the "Weaponize Yourself" series.
Here, I show you one of the exercise methods I always employ every once in a while: Low weights, high reps sets that are ideal to work out in the "pain zone" as much as possible.
While I of course also use much heavier weights, these painful exercises really helped me a lot gaining strength. Maybe you will find those useful!
