In this video I start my Wellness Journey, with the help and support of my Doctor. The first steps consist of tracking my calorie, fat, fiber, carb, and protein intake and try to keep them withing the parameters given to me to stay in a calorie deficit while taking in the needed amount of macros. I was instructed to add more fiber in the form of veggies to help keep me full longer and also noticed partway through that I wasn't getting very much protein.

This first week was not expected to result in any weight loss, more a reset and practice round to get used to tracking calories and the like.
