Bionic Commando is a "swinging" fun of a game, where you can't jump, but only move around or swing. It can be tricky to get used to at first, but with some practice, you'll get the "swing" of things. Capcom, best known for Mega Man; Street Fighter, and Resident Evil, have a hidden gem here. But the NES, as for most systems, have a good amount of hidden gems.

There's ton of time to save on this speedrun. The 100% category includes all the levels, and getting all the items. Any% is four less levels, and no use of the medicine/potion. We do a truck route, after area 9, where it ensures, that we only run into 2 trucks, for the entire run. Each truck you run into, is about 20-30 seconds time loss-though you could get a continue in these levels. "trucking along" lol

Amateur's goal for this 100% route, is to get a sub 30 minutes, and more. Will cut down on the couple non area 12 deaths, and for Area 12-will get a better handle on those barrier skips, as it's an advanced strat. Will need to improve on the Albatross fight. Luckily, Amateur got the "You can do it!" part.
