197Nottingham Forest #nffc have a new candidate from the signature of Brennan Johnson, with #premierleague rivals #westham now entering the race for the Welsh wizard!
With West Ham looking more likely to sell their Brazilian midfielder Paqueta to Manchester City, the Hammer will have close to £200 million burning a hole in their pocket. So they need to strength their squad in all areas, and especially the attacking options. This is where there interest in Johnson comes clear, with both Brentford and Spurs still sniffing around this could become a 3 way tug of war for the player, and this might end up dragging on late into this transfer window!
In other news Nottingham Forest have had a bid rejected for PSV midfielder Sangare, with the structure of the deal being a loan with an obligation to buy for around 25m euros. However PSV have rejected this offer immediately, as they know his value is much higher and with big clubs such as Bayern Munich and PSG also interested in Sangare, this deal looks dead in the water for Forest at the moment.
Tyler Adams is another one of Nottingham Forest target this summer, but he looks like he is destined for Premier League rivals Bournemouth, after they activated his £20m release clause, and with Liverpool also in the hunt for defensive midfielder, again this looks like a deal that might pass Forest by.
