Exploring Haunted Abandoned Prison With Former Inmate {{{MUST SEE!!!}}} WE recently took a trip to Explore the Haunted Abandoned Prison With Former Inmate Pastor John Verton, Whom also had 2 attempted escapes and 1 escape from this Prison while he did his time in the 1970's. Moundsville State Penitentiary is a large Prison facility that was closed down in March of 1995, It housed a amount of at least 2000 prisoners at any one time! There were also several murders, a riot and many other dangerous things that happened at this location!
