What Extra Storage Drives Do You Need To Go With An Xbox Series S? (These Are The SSD's I Use)
In this video I share with you the SSD's I have plugged into my Xbox Series S to expand it's storage to hold more backwards compatible Xbox One games, more Series S / X Optimised Games, and to record up to an hour of gameplay footage.
It's worth noting that if you do buy the 1TB Seagate Expansion card, you're pushing the price of the Series S up to close to that of a Series X - all for about an extra 500gb of ultra-fast NVMA storage, when you take into account that Series X's bigger initial storage capacity. This means that if you've got the means (and you can find one) the Series X could be a better option.
Rumours are that Seagate are going to be producing smaller capacity Storage Cards, perhaps a 500gb version, which will be a more sensible option and hopefully far cheaper.
All the SSD's and HDD's you see in the video are external USB compatible devices - don't get internal drives!
Thanks, Rob.
