Fear and Hunger is easily one of the coolest games I've ever played and I thought real hard on what game it reminded me of.
This is one of the most creative challenges I ever invented. Using a variety of custom rules and mods we can make Frank West truly experience Fear and Hunger... maybe just a few less Stingers though
The rules are simple

1. All items are randomized to simulate random drops, NG+ Weapons banned and Boss Weapons require a coin flip to pickup
2. Starvation from Infinity Mode is permanently active
3. All boss damage causes a coin flip, failing to call this flip correctly results in permanent limb loss(Loss of Inventory Slot) The only way to recover is leveling up and getting a new one
4. 3 random phobias are generated to give Frank some new fears, we make up arbitrary rules to make this work which were: Fear of New Age Medicine(No Mixed Drinks), Fear of Stealing(No Using ANY item a Boss uses), Fear of Losing Possesions(Must use every item until it breaks)

In the future I might restrict saves more to have them be a coin toss but the game crashed a couple of times so it made sense to make some safety ones to prevent unstable gameplay.

Frank has 3 days before the Moon crashes into Willamette, can he get his story and survive the Mall of FEAR AND HUNGER!
