Pitch, in music, is a position of a single sound in the complete range of sound. Damned in Call of Duty: Black Ops is the Classic Pitch used for the series of Damned. This series is the other versions of Damned used in other Call of Duty games.

For example;
In Ascension on Call of Duty: Black Ops, the map's Easter Egg Song, "Abracadavre" uses the song Damned, but decreases the pitch down by one Semitone, which a Semitone is the distance from one key on the keyboard to the next adjacent key.
