What If Naruto And Sasuke Weren't Nerfed In The JIGEN Fight? Power Of The Hokage And Shadow Hokage.
6Ever since Naruto and Sasu-keh vs Jegen fight was first featured in the Boruto Manga and later in the animeh, I always felt that it was underwhelming. The fight as portrayed in the animeh and manga works if you know absolutely nothing about Naruto and Sasu-keh’s abilities, but as a long time Naruto fan, I was understandably upset. I have no problems with Naruto and Sasu-keh losing, but the portrayal of it all and their intelligence leaves much to be desired. Make it believable and in a way that honors their characters - especially since said characters will lose their abilities later on... The staple of every good writing is show and don't tell, but Boruto often does the opposite. If you have two characters that have a wide variety of different abilities, they will use it if faced with mortal threat. Yes, maybe those abilities will not work, but if Naruto in canon can use all possible sized Rasengan's, knowing that the jutsu can be absorbed, then maybe, just maybe using Boil Release or Truth Seeking Orbs isn't out of the question. So, join me as we follow a different writer’s take on how the fight could have gone if both Naruto and Sasu-keh unleashed all of their potential.
