0What if stores sold PROXIES for their location? What if stores gave away proxies as prizes? would it be fair? Is it fare if you enter an event using proxies and there were prizes being offered? Non tournament events like Commander FNM usually offer prize support. If Proxies are allowed, what if stores sold proxies in their store that are only allowed in those events? or only allowed in their store? The proxy had a piece of advertisement on the card for the store, custom art and was stapled as the only proxy allowed at that stores events?
