What If The Senzu Beans Went Extinct? Part 3

Regarding When Each Senzu Bean Was Eaten in The Original Cell Saga:
1st Bean: Given to Yamcha after his encounter with #20
2nd Bean: Given to Goku during his battle with #19
3rd Bean: Given to Vegeta After his battle with #19
4th Bean: Given to Piccolo after his encounter with #20
5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Beans: Given to Vegeta, Trunks, Piccolo, and Tien after their battles with the androids
9th and 10th Beans: Given to Piccolo and Tien after Cell absorbed 17
11th and 12th Beans: Given to Krillin and Vegeta after their encounter with Perfect Cell
13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th Beans: Given to Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, Piccolo, Tien, Yamcha, Krillin, and Cell during the Cell Games
Regarding the Z-Fighters’ Current Strength:
Starting off with Goku in terms of his base he’d be weaker due to not having trained on Planet Yardrat. Where he underwent spirit control training and we now know that that training makes people substantially stronger. If anything, Base Goku is lingering around where he was when he originally faced off against Frieza in Canon. This is due to the zenkai boost he received after the fight with Granola. Which ironically falls in line with the massive zenkai boost he received on Namek originally. As for Gohan and Krillin they’d be weaker due to not getting their potential unlocked. Although they trained with Goku for 18 days on their way to Planet Cereal. It’s hard to say if that would be enough. If anything, that training got them close to where they were in Canon, but nothing else. As for Tien, Yamcha, and Chiaotzu they’d be stronger due to having spent more time on King Kai’s planet with Piccolo who would’ve eventually given into the kai’s training since he would be there longer. So the Earthlings would have a stronger training partner which in turn makes them stronger. Piccolo however is weaker due to not having fused with Nail, but he’d still get an increase to this strength due to actually training on the kai’s planet.
Regarding Cell’s Exclusion:
Due to the Trunks in his timeline not residing on Earth. This is because by the time Cell finished developing neither the androids were around nor was Trunks due to Frieza’s forces taking over the planet. Forcing Trunks and his parents to escape.
