Ghost Recon has been in a peculiar place for the past couple of years. Ghost Recon Wildlands was a fantastic refresher/reboot for the series. Ghost Recon Breakpoint then launched with many unwanted RPG mechanics, leveling, and tons of bugs. However, over time the game made lots of great updates and Ghost Recon Breakpoint made quite a good comeback. Ubisoft announced the last thing everybody wanted for the next Ghost Recon game, Ghost Recon Frontlines. The backlash was so bad the game was canceled even though it was all but finished and ready to be released. So what in the world is Ubisoft doing with Ghost Recon from here?
