Step 1) Download & Install Steam On Your 2nd Device

Step 2)
Then Download and Install 'Steam Link' on your 2nd Device
(Click Your Device/Operating System Under "get app")

Step 3)
With your main PC turned on, launch one of the installed games on your 2nd device and enjoy! You can also connect a gamepad etc and play like normal if your laptop has bluetooth (or a USB slot).

Troubleshooting:

Massive pixelation or input lag?
Consider moving closer to your router or connecting your device with an ethernet cable instead of wifi. Minor input lag is normal.

Don't see your installed games on the 2nd device?
Logging out and back in to Steam on both devices should fix it.

Can I play pirated games?
No, it only supports games in your Steam library.
