For years upon years, this mysterious NPC codenamed "Tweleve" has roamed the streets of San Andreas, causing many players to ponder exactly what truth lies behind the existence of such an entity? Today, I intend to get to the bottom of this mystery and figure out what Orange 12 is once and for all.
