The Phantom of Venice is the 18th Nancy Drew game of the developer Herinteractive.
In it we are Nancy Drew a famous teenage amateur detective with a knack for solving mysteries!
This game takes place in the beautiful city of Venice where we have to infiltrate a carnevale of criminals in Italy!
As Nancy we need to interrogate suspects, gather clues, solve puzzles and use our journal regularly. We also need to phone our friends and family from time to time to help us out.
Somewhere beyond the bright piazzas and open markets of the Venice Carnevale lurks a masked thief. Despite months of investigations, the Italian police remain helpless as treasures vanish in the night. Valuable artifacts are being stolen from all over Venice by the thief known as "Il Fantasma" or "The Phantom." Somehow he is able to steal the artifacts without breaking anything or tripping any alarms whatsoever, always managing to escape in the dead of night without a trace. That's why the authorities have asked you, as Nancy Drew, to join the case to infiltrate a dangerous crime syndicate and catch this phantom thief before he or she destroys the heart of Venice!
In this game you are able to choose amateur or master level. The game will be easier on amateur level with hints and easier puzzles but on master level you'll get more achievements and more of a challenge. The choice is yours!
So, are we able to uncover the lies from the truth and find out who is behind all these thefts in one of the most beautiful cities in the world?
