They had it. WE HAD IT! A fully playable build for a BULLY 2 was up and running at Rockstar New England, after months of development.

But whether you see it as bad timing with Red Dead 1 and Max Payne 3 getting priority, or Rockstar Games just dropping the ball entirely, the whole situation SUCKS!
