What Tektites Do in Their Spare Time
23This was my first official animation project for the game design programme I completed at ITT Tech. For our unofficial midterm assignment the first quarter animation class, we each generated a raw 3DS Max model and animated it. As a big fan of The Legend of Zelda series, I figured it would be fun to recreate a Tektite based on Ocarina of Time official art and make it flex and jump. Our final project for the class required us to export a complete rendered animation of anything we wanted. I chose to reuse my Tektite for a more advanced animation: making it play Dance Dance Revolution. The final result reveals what Tektites could be doing in a modern world when they aren't busy attacking Hylian heroes.
