Thought I'd go for something a bit different this time and do a crossover arrangement between Danganronpa and Persona 5. This was originally born out of random experimentation I did with the DR main theme. Eventually I realised playing electric piano, playing guitar and adding jazzy drumming actually made it sound similar to the main menu theme in Persona 5. I then took this to its extreme and turned this into a full blown DR main theme in a Persona style.
So many different accidental references, intentional references and small details throughout this. You might be able to notice small references to a number of Persona pieces throughout (I won't spoil what they are). I included the key elements of the DR main theme (vocals and the melody line), although there are more subtle references to the DR main theme dotted throughout. Being a Persona inspired piece, my key focus was on making the bass stand out. It's something that's quite consistent across the Persona 5 soundtrack.
This was unbelievably fun to make and I definitely want to do more experiments like this. Please like and subscribe and more than happy for any other crossover suggestions!
