During @ThatOverkillGuy's Dungeons and Dragons campaign, Last Haven, the party comes up against a Black Dragon, and finally its turn has come. However, since there is also a player in the campaign called Dragon, thus causing a bit of confusion when its turn comes up. What's the best way to handle doubles in D&D?
