in 2020 we upgraded our internet and immediately after, we had abyssmally poor service. tech support does EVERYTHING they can to BLAME THE CUSTOMER and cannot admit to any fault of their own or even attempt to see if the issue is on their end, which it was.
tech support blames my computer's OS saying "Windows 7 is not capable of higher speeds, what you're getting is pretty good" despite me saying that literally 2 days before I was consistently getting speeds of 700mbps and up.
They tried to blame to wire connection coming into the house as well & even wasted 2 days of my time sending me a new cable & M/F connector, which obviously did not solve the issue.
They even sent a tech out to try and solve it (which they couldn't) despite minutes before sending me an image PROVING the modem was receiving a poor signal FROM THEM.
