The objective:
is to "checkmate" the opponent's king;
to place it under attack with no way to escape.
Players strategically move their pieces, each with unique movement patterns; to control the board and ultimately trap the opposing king.
However; You're no king,
Your empire has fallen,
Now;
you're nothing; but a pawn!
