So far for me the quickest way to kill Tagilla is happened to be with the DS Arms SA-58 7.62*51 assault rifle AUT loaded with BCP FMJ ammo and the M80 ammo combination (One magazine was loaded with M80 and the next one is with BCP FMJ). The weapon is only available from SCAV run on low level so if you lucky to find one just do a few Offline Practice and give it a go when you feel the weapon.
