It's a clone (parody) of a classic game, Joust of Williams Electronics.
This game seems to be based on 2004 United States presidential election (the 55th quadrennial presidential election).
You can choose one of two characters such as Republican George W. Bush, Democratic John Kerry.
The aim is to vanquish all enemy jousters.
