This is just a short 30-second high-def clip of white noise, made with a combination of a gray bitmap from MSPaint, PowerDirector 10's art filters, and the Expression Evaluator tool from Goldwave.

I needed a burst of white noise for some transitions I'm doing in my Let's Play videos, but anything I could find online was audio-only or watermarked. So, I made this one myself, and it's Creative Commons, so feel free to download, alter, and use it for your own purposes. Plus, the volume is relatively low, so you won't blow out your speakers!
