Who is this Clang guy again? | The Borealis nightmare (WIP) | Space Engineers Shipyard Showcase
I love my portable bases but this one is a doozy. It literally defies the laws of Clang physics. But hey if it doesn't move it is awesome

DESCRIPTION
I wanted an aircraft carrier but my love for walkers was too powerfull. This is probably the largest walker I've built so far but not the fastest for it's size tbh. It can carry two ship inside and can carry many vehicule on it's top. The main bridge is inside not to be confuse with the control and observation decks on top. Comment are highly appreciated.
As mentionned, this is a work in progress and It's a nightmare to walk, pun intended.
How to use:
1. Lock all aircraft
2. Press the "stable pose (not to walk)" this will prepare it to walk
3. Press "Start walk cycle"
4. Turn if you want with the toggle "turn left" or "turn right"
5. Press "stop on/off"
Optional: Press again the stable pose to look nicer
Weight (when all rotors and pistons are locked): 8,575,107 KG
Top speed: ~6 M/s
Rotor count: 56 (they are all torqueless)
Pistons count: 24 (they are the main power)
Planet used in the video (it's the best for walkers in my opinion):
Dantus: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=597475873&searchtext=dantus
Scripts I used:
-Precise timer: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=424955427
-Floor plan: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=716048498
Hope you have fun!
