My insight was:
“here's some real insight by users "Sam" (me) and "MonkeInOhio" on Oculus.

I spent $10 to buy a nerf gun in Capuchin, and i was in a party with MonkeInOhio.
My arms got stuck, so i restarted my headset. BAD DECISION. I came back, and
MonkeInOhio says to me "My bananas just went up by 2000!!" So i reloaded
Capuchin, and I DON'T HAVE MY NERF BLASTER ANYMORE. And, now i have the
dunce hat (which i did not buy) and 3000 LESS BANANAS. I tell MonkeInOhio and
he just tells me to "go in a public server, and maybe it'll come back. it's got to be a
glitch." well, i go in a public, AND IT'S LAGGY AS CRAP. I hear people freaking out
in the shop, and i decide to get a refund with Oculus. It didn't work. :'D I make a
video on YouTube called "CAPUCHIN IS A SCAM!" Before i realized it was a hacker.
Later on, i go in and ALL MY COSMETICS ARE GONE! So then capuchin.. literally
just crashes. Nothing else. I restart the game and it says i'm on an older update,
so i just give up and play gorilla tag. BUT NOOOOOOPE MONKEINOHIO CALLS ME
AND SAYS THAT CAPUCHIN HAS A NEW UPDATE! I install it and see that CAPUCHIN
IS UNDER LOCKDOWN. So, Capuchin is NOT shutting down, just read the message
of the day, it'll tell you that it's not shutting down.
