Why I think difficulty levels gives the player too much power in choosing how challenging they want their game to be. Selfish, I know, some people want to play games and relax in modern society, as much as we used to get punished in arcades as kids back in the day. But why is it that I feel so much charm in video games is lost due to this preference in being able to choose your difficulty?
