Why don't cex buy or sell this game which goes for £50-£60 on ebay?

The game in question is lady sia for gameboy advance. Boxed and complete it sells for around £50-£60 on ebay but cex won't buy or sell it - the only reason I can think is that they probably haven't heard of it.

The reason indid this video is because ‎@EdHunts  did a video of 10 video games that cex won't buy or sell so this is one I thought of that they don't buy or sell.
